Mr. Zhang ventured into the plastic product sales industry in Dongguan, Guangdong. Later, he established a trading company in Dalang Town, Dongguan, specializing in the trade of plastic boxes and pallets.
2011
After more than a decade in the industry, Mr. Zhang, while not amassing substantial profits, found contentment in an annual income exceeding 2 million RMB.
2015
The new patent was successfully filed in China
2018
Sichuan Lichuan Company was established. Drawing lessons from previous attempts, advanced technologies such as 3D printing were employed to meticulously design and test each component.
2019
The second-generation pallet entered the market, resolving major issues but still facing challenges in meeting diverse size requirements. Innovation persisted, leading to a breakthrough in 2021 – the third-generation pallet with a universal corner solution and the ability to connect all four sides with edges.
2022
Mr. Zhang explored the pallet leasing market, recognizing its revolutionary potential. The shift from a sales-oriented approach to a leasing model aimed to compete with wooden pallet prices while providing a broader size range.
2022
A contract was signed with Prologis's Prolink company, marking the transition to a leasing model. The unique features of the assembled pallet, combined with competitive pricing, positioned the company for success in the growing pallet leasing market.
2023
Lichuan Company secured five invention patents and over thirty utility model patents in China, along with invention patents in twelve countries, including the United States, Japan, South Korea, the European Union, Canada, and Australia.
